Produced and directed the first short film in English “The Shadow” under the banner Bright Light Creations.

Duration of this short film is 14 Minutes.

This film was screened at the John Abraham National Awards at Kerala Tiruvanthapuram (2005)

Highlights: Was the only film from Karnataka to be screened at the National Awards at that time.

Launched the film at Suchitra film society for the audience.

Return of Light - Are you surprised to know that there are still such pockets in India, where being a girl is a good enough reason not to be sent to school? Quite true. While we understand that it is still considered money better spent when spent on a son's education, since a girl will eventually only be a home maker and bear childrean and look after the elderly, we believe that especially since education is free of cost, they must be sent to school. This is a modest effort to convey the same message via the most popular mode - short movie!
